p90x Legs and back
If I only do one p90x workout a week this should be it, it is a great workout to strength your legs. Tomorrow I go back to work so let's see if I can keep up on the workouts.

30 mins on treadmill...SLOW / 30 mins on bike
65 mins on the treadmill, 5 miles.
bicycle 1 hour. GO UTES!
